Most people who reach out are not certain what kind of help they need, and that is okay. You do not need a diagnosis, a referral, or the right words. Tell us a little about what is going on, and we will help you find the right place to begin.

Which number should I call if I am not sure?
Call our Main Office at (316) 685-1821. If you are not sure which service you need, that is the best place to start. For therapy, medication and substance use services, call MHASCK at Countryside at (316) 652-2590. For housing and residential services, call Residential Services at (316) 651-1813. You can also use our Reach Out page.
Do you have more than one location?
Yes. Our Main Office is at 555 N Woodlawn St, Ste 3105, and our MHASCK at Countryside is at 9415 E Harry, Ste 800, both in Wichita. Residential Services has its own line at (316) 651-1813. Call ahead and we will make sure you head to the right place.
What if I need an interpreter?
Let us know when you contact us, and we will arrange language support so you can communicate comfortably. Everyone deserves care in a language they understand. Just tell us your preferred language when you call or email, and we will help make it work.
What if I need help right now?
