Our Children’s Community-Based Services are designed to help children build social interaction and communication skills, develop problem solving skills and healthy coping mechanisms, and resolve conflict with peers and adults.

Youth & Family Services

Youth & Family Services

Youth and Family Services (YFS) is a no cost Program designed to strengthen and stabilize families by providing hands on training for relationship skills, workforce readiness, and life skills. We work with at-risk families who have children ages 5-24.

MHA's Adult Community-Based Services promote recovery & independence for adults with serious mental illness through individualized treatment, community engagement, personal relationships, coping strategies & daily living skills.

Aging Services

Aging Services

MHA’s Aging Services work with older adults in our community to promote health and wellness, prevent victimization and assist them to stay in their home. Our work is designed to add to the senior’s quality of life and wellbeing.

MHA offers free youth prevention programs in Sedgwick County, including PATHS for Kids, Pathways for substance abuse, Girl Empowerment, and Boys 2 Men groups.

MHA Residential Care knows that safe housing is paramount to health and recovery. We provide supportive living for those recovering from mental illness, helping people transition to have a full range of housing options from group homes to independent living. Residents develop social, independent & daily living skills through individual & group interactions.
